As the Usability and Accessibility Analyst, you will be required to work across a number of project streams to: Manage the end-to-end delivery and execution of the Program's User Testing strategy Develop in the detailed User Testing plan in consultation with key internal and external stakeholders Execute the detailed User Testing plan, including scheduling and facilitation of user testing Gather qualitative and quantitative data about users' interactions with the system Ensure adherence to Accessibility standards through each phase of the delivery, from initial designs to end delivery Troubleshoot, evaluate and recommend solutions to ensure compliance Review guidelines, best practices and standards related to designing and maintaining Accessibility compliance Work with technical and business stakeholders to present options for usability or accessibility concerns to ensure successful implementation of deliverables Be the Subject Matter Expert in relation to all aspects of usability and accessibility and the primary point of contact for all queries related to Attendance Liaise with stakeholders to build and maintain strong and effective relationships Work with the Program team to assist in finalising Business and Functional requirements Work closely with the digital access System Integrator (SI) vendor and other vendors as required Supporting the test team with complex process queries and validations Set and review the standards for deliverables created by the project, including external vendors Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate processes and build a common understanding Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure products produced are of high quality Organise, participate in and facilitate meetings/workshops and provide support and follow-up of action items Report on progress of assigned tasks and identify and communicate risks and issues as they arise and work collaboratively to mitigate or resolve them respectively Knowledge & Experience Requirements Essential: Demonstrated experience in end-to-end delivery and execution of a user testing strategy Experience in facilitating end-user testing with a range of users in person and remotely, including the coordination and planning of the user testing activities. In this role, you will work closely with our core team at Contour, and use and refine our brand's visual identity, harnessing the most appealing design trends to create aesthetic social media posts, ad creatives, brochures & pamphlets, flowcharts, infographics, and even billboard designs These materials will not only capture the essence of Contour's brand identity and educational philosophy, but also showcase the passion of our team, and the quality of our services that have both helped us grow so much, so quickly You'll bring the Contour story to life across all kinds of media (Our Website, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Print Media at our Campuses, YouTube thumbnails). Your creativity will not only help attract new students and parents to Contour, but will also deepen our relationship with our existing community and even Contour alumni. This role is best suited for someone with a creative eye, and an ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to take initiative, manage multiple graphic design projects simultaneously, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our visual storytelling as a brand. When you join, you'll be properly onboarded with all the support and personal feedback you need to settle in, and you'll work closely with the founders and gain a deep understanding of the voice and personality of our brand, and our design language. You'll also be thoroughly introduced to all our current marketing and content creation systems and processes, including our marketing and content creation teams. Key Responsibilities As our Graphic Designer, you'll work on a range of duties which include but aren't limited to: Design unique and visually compelling graphics content for various media, including websites, digital products, social media, print, advertising, and merchandise. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma is highly desirable, enabling the creation of high-quality, appealing visuals that resonate with our audience and help our brand stand out. Maintain brand consistency throughout all our graphics, visuals, and marketing creatives and projects, ensuring adherence to our brand voice, existing identity, colours, and style guides. Monitor design trends and incorporate contemporary visual design techniques into your work to enhance the effectiveness of created visuals. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure alignment between visual design language and text/messaging, and to produce material across all media. Manage multiple projects from concept and prototyping through to completion without sacrificing on design quality, visual language adherence, or aesthetics. Collaborate with tutoring and support staff to showcase success stories, tutor profiles, and student achievements, using advanced content creation skills to highlight their narratives compellingly.
